Secure, Easy & Economical for up to 16 Feeders

»I-Sense« Power Quality Monitoring

With the new »I-Sense« technology for our fixed installed power quality analysers PQI-LV, PQI-DE & PQI-DA smart, it is now possible to measure feeder current in the secondary substation securely, easily and economically for up to 16 feeders. The installation is easy and quick using Rogowski coils and, in addition to current measurement in the feeders, the system also offers the option of highly sophisticated power quality monitoring at the secondary substation transformer.

»I-Sense« – Bring Maximum Transparency to Your Grid

Monitoring the Asset »Secondary Substation«

Transformer measurement according to 61000-4-30 Class A Ed. 3 incl. supraharmonics (2–20khz) and high-resolution fault recording in the event of a fault.

Economical and Reliable

Three- or four-phase systems with up to 16 feeders can be realised economically.

High Compatibility

Compatible with our existing fixed installed power quality analysers PQI-LV, PQI-DA smart & PQI-DE thanks to open interfaces (with feature P3 – Modbus gateway for I-Sense).

Easy to Install and Integrate

Quick, easy and secure installation on site via Rogowski coils. Less wiring effort thanks to the daisy chain principle using standard RJ45 cables – especially for retrofit.

IT Security From the Manufacturer With ISO 27001 Certification

Certified security via User Rights Management (URM) and Role Based Access (RBAC) thanks to highly encrypted data transmission.

Transparency in the Distribution Grid – Powered by A. Eberle

Power Quality Monitoring With »I-Sense« Current Feeder Measurement Technology

High-quality power quality monitoring with the option of quick and easy current drop monitoring helps to recognise trends at an early stage and offers the advantage of being able to initiate countermeasures in good time.

Measure Transformers in the Local Substation With High Precision – With the PQ Network Analysers »PQI-LV«, »PQI-DA smart« or »PQI-DE«

  • Measure voltage, current, power and power quality parameters at the transformer infeed with less than 0.1% deviation in accordance with IEC61000-4-30 Class A Ed. 3 to assess the power quality via power quality parameters in accordance with EN50160 and IEC61000-2-2.
  • Analysis of flicker, THD, harmonics (H2–H50), supraharmonics 2-20kHz, transients & PQ events with fault recording in the event of under- or overshoot.

Measuring, Recording and Analysing Outgoing Circuits – With the »I-Sense« Current Measurement Technology

  • Current measurement L1/L2/L3/(N) with min. and max. values for up to 16 outgoing circuits.
  • Simple connection possible using existing ‘third-party devices’, such as safety edges with intelligent transformers.
