Concerning Product
The EOR-3D with characteristic B02 (article numbers: 119.8500 to 119.8584) is currently planned for product discontinuation.
Reason for Discontinuation
The top-hat rail version of the EOR-3D has reached the end of its technical product life cycle and will therefore be removed from the product range at the above-mentioned time.
Available Function-Identical Replacement Devices
- EOR-3D with characteristic B01 with DIN rail adapter
- EOR-3D with characteristic B03 compact with DIN rail adapter
- If applicable EOR-1D
- If applicable EOR-D
Existing Devices in the Field
- The agreed warranty period will be fulfilled in any case.
- The product support for devices in the field will remain as usual.
- Repairs of the mentioned devices are carried out until 30.06.2025.
- After this time, you would receive an offer for a replacement device with identical function (see point 3).
Transitional Period (Last Order)
The transitional period begins immediatly (29.01.2020).
The product can still be ordered up to and including 30.06.2020 (date of receipt of order).
ATTENTION: Orders placed during the transition period cannot be cancelled. We also reserve the right to limit the order quantity based on our manufacturing capacity and material availability.
